By accessing or using BotForge you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BotForge. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement. Users found to be under 18 will have their accounts terminated.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Any sexual or romantic content involving minors or animals
• Content promoting or facilitating real-world violence or self-harm
• Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of real individuals
• Content infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
• Spam, phishing, or deceptive content

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on BotForge. By making content Public, you grant other users a non-exclusive right to view it. You are solely responsible for any content you upload or share.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time. Existing content remains accessible after cancellation, but creation of new bots, lorebooks, collections, and posts requires an active subscription. All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BotForge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not affiliated with any third-party AI platforms linked within the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BotForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BotForge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
